Instructions for authors

Please submit you talk or poster abstract in English in this 1-page format via the link you can find in the confirmation email after registration.

The deadline for the abstract submission is 22 April 2025 at midday.

Authors are fully responsible for the content and quality of their abstracts, which will be published in the conference proceedings.

The required poster format: A0, 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height).
