Travel information
We recommend using public transport as it is a safe, ecological, and fast way to commute in Prague. To get to the venue from the airport by public transport, we recommend taking the bus No 119 to the station Nádraží Veleslavín, then change to metro Line A to the station Hradčanská (ca 35 min), followed by a short walk (10 min).
Public transport tickets must be purchased in advance before the passenger boards the bus/tram/metro. Tickets are sold from ticket vending machines directly at bus stops in front of the airport or via Lítačka mobile app, which can be also used to search for the ideal public transport connection. The application is available for Android and iOS.
If you plan to travel by taxi, we recommend taxi service Tick Tack with English speaking operators or AAA Taxi Prague. In general, we do not recommend hailing a taxi and, if needed, to ask for the price to the destination in advance.
Car parking
As Vila Lanna is situated in a residential quarter, the parking space is limited. We recommended guarded car parking in Technická street 6, Prague 6, in the building of the National Technical Library.
Insurance
Please note that the conference registration fee does not include provision of insurance. The Organisers do not assume responsibility or liability for personal accidents and loss or damage to belongings caused.
When traveling in Prague, just as in other big capitals, take care of your belongings. Do not leave baggage unattended and beware of pickpockets in crowded areas.
